Chapter 6

"Amb?" Aj asked walking into her room that night.

"hey" she smiled looking up from the book she was reading.

"I'm really sorry about earlier, but it didn't mean anything, it was a dare."

Amber nodded bitting her lip, "ok"

"good" Aj smiled, "oh and if you ever wanna tell me about your bruises, you can"

She nodded looking back in her book. He left. As soon as the door closed Amber broke out into a batch of fresh tears. Minutes later somebody knocked. "yea?" Amber called whiping her tears away

"can I come in?" McKinzie called

"yah sure"

She walked in, "were you crying?"

"oh no...I have allergies"

"you sure?" she asked sitting on the edge of the bed.

"yea"

"so are you a bsb fan?"

"no, not really, I mean I have the CD, but I'm not in love."

"oh, well, I want you to know that I'm not mad about you liking Aj."

"you're not?"

"nope, not at all, I knew you liked him. But I mean, lots of girls like him, it doesn't mean he's gonna dump me for them."

Amber nodded

"so do you have a Boyfriend?"

"no, I never had time for one," she lied

"oh...are you gonig to collage down here?"

"yea, Nicole and I are going to FSU."

Mac nodded, "well, we're going to a club tonight, do you guys wanna go?"

"yea sure"

"well you guys better get dressed" she said standing up. She left.

Amber stood up and went to Nicole room. "Nic" she said walking in

Nicole looked at her, "huh?"

"we're going to the club with Aj and Mac"

Amber had put on a pair of black leather pants with a pink halter top. Nicole had on a black mini-skit with a yellow halter and black go-go boots. They sat on the couch together waiting for Aj and Mac.

Aj walked down the stairs, "whatever Mac!" He said turning around and yelling at her.

"Don't talk to me like that Alex!"

"don't call me that!"

She slammed the door on him then opened it, "go to the club with out me. I don't wanna be anywhere near you!"

"fine!" he yelled, "come on girls"

They stood up with puzzled looks on their face.

McKinzie stormed down the stairs, "If you leave Aj, we are through."

AJ rolled his eyes walking out the door. Mac started crying.

"awww, are you ok?"Amber asked

"No, I just wanna be left alone" she cried walking up the stairs. The girls went outside and got into Aj's expedition.
